Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes
1. By filling in the form, I grant the company BHX, s.r.o., Tallerova 5, 811 02 Bratislava – Old town, Company ID: 54 646 570, company registered at the Commercial Register, District Court of Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No. 161208/B (hereinafter reffered to as „the Company“) a consent to the processing of the entered personal data: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number for marketing purposes, including notifications about products, inovations and services provided by the Company.
2. I agree with the Company to contact me at the indicated phone number and/or email, as well I request that the Company provides these informations, marketing materials and services.
3. I grant the permission on the following:
a) the controller is company BHX, s.r.o., Tallerova 5, 811 02 Bratislava – Old town, Company ID: 54 646 570, company registered at the Commercial Register, District Court of Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No. 161208/B,
b) the company contact is info@bhx.sk,
c) the purpose for processing is sending informations about products, inovations and services provided by the Company,
d) the legal basis is the consent of the person concerned,
e) the personal data are shared with other entities, including intermediaries, employees, providers of IT services,
f) the intermediaries may be entities who were authorized by the Company to process the personal data. Such intermediaries may be companies providing marketing activities, printing services and mass mailing services,
g) the Company does not intend to transfer the personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EU, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein),
h) the Company does not perform any automated decision-making, including profiling,
i) the Company process personal data only during the time that i tis strictly necessary
j) the person concerned has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal by contacting the Company in writing, even by e-mail,
k) in case of withdrawal of consent or achievement of the processing purpose, personal data will be stored for the period necessary to protect the rights and legally protected interests of the Company
l) the person concerned has the right to require the access to the processed personal data, the right to rectification and addition of personal data, the right to deletion of personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data,
